Welcome 2020! It’s not just a new year; it’s also a new decade, full of endless potential and possibilities. In the days leading up to January 1, people around the globe excitedly declare their priorities for the upcoming months. Whether they scribble a list of resolutions or simply outline steps toward a goal, they’re all silently proclaiming one hope: that in this year, they can become different in some way.

Yet when the fireworks die away and the confetti is cleaned up, it’s all too easy for those grand plans to fade into the mundanity of January days. And despite our best intentions, we’re right back in the rut before we even realize what is happening.
