We are proud to welcome Nerea Pérez Mora, an accomplished international soccer coach and former player whose journey through elite competition and athlete development spans multiple countries and levels of the game.
Originally from Spain, Nerea developed her skills within the prestigious academy system of Valencia CF, one of the most respected football clubs in Europe. Training in a high-level environment from an early age helped shape her technical ability, tactical understanding, and competitive mindset.
Nerea continued her playing career in the United States as a student-athlete at Oklahoma Wesleyan University (NAIA), where she earned multiple athletic honors for her performance on the field. Her collegiate experience gave her valuable insight into balancing academic success with the demands of high-level athletics.
Adding to her impressive background, Nerea also competed professionally in both Spain and Brazil. Playing in different countries and cultures has given her a unique perspective on contrasting playing styles, tactical systems, and the standards required to succeed in high-performance environments.
As a coach, Nerea is dedicated to building disciplined, confident, and competitive student-athletes. She believes success comes through consistency, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Her coaching philosophy goes beyond results, focusing equally on personal growth and athletic excellence.
Nerea is passionate about preparing players not only to perform at their highest level on the field, but also to succeed in life beyond the game. She aims to elevate individuals and programs through strong work ethic, tactical intelligence, and a genuine love for soccer.
