In compliance with Arkansas State Law Act 141 of 1987 and the Arkansas Department of Health’s updated Immunization Rules and Regulations (2014), all incoming students born after January 1, 1957 must submit official documentation verifying immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR), or obtain an approved exemption prior to enrollment.
To meet immunization requirements, students must fulfill one of the following approved options:
Provide an official immunization record confirming receipt of two (2) doses of the MMR vaccine. The documentation must clearly display your full name and date of birth. Documentation may be obtained from the following sources:
Medical, philosophical, or religious exemptions must be approved by the Arkansas Department of Health.
